VHS Cham is a registered non-profit adult education centre in Bavaria and part of Germany’s network of more than 900 Volkshochschulen. Its mission is to ensure equal access to lifelong learning through diverse courses in languages, vocational training, health, culture, and civic education.
The organisation has long-standing experience in developing programmes for a wide range of learners, especially vulnerable groups such as migrants, seniors, young adults, and people with special needs. Moreover, VHS Cham also provides vocational training with its affiliated state-accredited vocational schools and cooperates with regional and European partners to promote social inclusion, lifelong learning, and European values.

Learn2Innovate is a Lifelong learning center offering training courses to professionals, teachers, adult educators, social workers, and youth leaders at both national and European level.
We organise and carry out seminars for business executives and employees; Training programmes, aimed at teachers and staff of educational organisations; e-learning or blended learning programmes, relating to vocational subjects or the acquisition of basic skills.
The course catalogue includes 30 different training courses (www.trainingcentre.gr). Furthermore, the Centre can develop and deliver tailored training courses, addressing the needs of organisations and companies.
In all our training courses, we use the principles of transformative adult education, with hands-on activities and examples from the experience and daily work of the participants, incorporating the use of digital tools when this promotes the learning experience.
Learn2Innovate possesses expertise in e-learning, encompassing course design, the production of learning materials, and the creation of digital content such as videos, animations, and professional graphic design.
Learn2Innovate in its courses actively promotes gender equality, ensuring inclusive participation and equal opportunities for all staff members.
Supplementary, it supports companies and training providers with training consulting services.
