The Phygital Crafters project is dedicated to promoting inclusion, diversity, and equal opportunities by empowering marginalized women — including migrants, refugees, and women with low qualifications — through innovative learning and professional development pathways.
Many women from these communities face significant barriers when trying to access education, employment, and entrepreneurship opportunities. Challenges such as language difficulties, unrecognized qualifications, limited digital skills, and restricted access to the formal labor market often prevent them from fully participating in society and achieving economic independence.
Phygital Crafters aims to change this reality by creating supportive and accessible opportunities that combine physical and digital learning environments. Through skills development, creativity, digital empowerment, and community collaboration, the project seeks to strengthen women’s confidence, employability, and social inclusion.
By fostering innovation, intercultural exchange, and hands-on learning experiences, the project will help participants build sustainable pathways toward personal growth and professional integration.
